After two days in karlsborg, we crossed Lake Vättern in calm weather. After a few days in Vänersborg, it was time to go out onto Vänern. The Sun was shining, the water was flat and the horizon with razor-sharp. We passed Hindens reefs and aimed eventually St. Lighthouse where we rounded into the archipelago of the oak. Very nice archipelago, not entirely unlike the Stockholm mellanskärgård. I felt like no one was awake in Gothenburg and the surrounding area when we left the harbor in långedrag Sunday morning 05:00. Gale also but we surfed around the Cape and in the Gothenburg Harbour area without problems. Göteborg silhouettes was cool to meet in Sunrise. The Göta älv River meanders through the countryside.
